The Annual Vancouver School of Theology Reconciliation Dinner was on July 15.

It was well attended by hosts from University Hill, West Point Grey, Pacific Spirit, Trinity Grace, and Shaughnessy Heights United Churches, as well as students of VST’s Indigenous studies program who had come from all over the world.

We had the honour of sitting with Melli, who is studying to be a preacher at her community church in Hawaii.

There were so many songs and stories that we were honoured to witness and be able to join together in community.

Thank you everyone from WPGUC who attended! We look forward to hosting a table again next year.
