It is with great sadness that we share with you the passing of our beloved caretaker and member of our church family,  Russ Russell, on Sunday, October 2nd.

Russ has been the caretaker at WPGUC for close to 25 years. He shared his numerous talents with the church in many ways  –  creating a stunning display of flowers and plants in our church garden in the spring and summer, decorating the Sanctuary or Community Hall for Christmas and other special occasions, and setting up for church functions, to name a few. Russ was always willing to lend a hand to any task when asked. He was one of a kind and will be greatly missed. 

The celebration of Russ’s life, you are invited on Friday, November 4 at 11 am at West Point Grey United Church.
